Accessibility statement

Colegio Sagrado Corazón de Jesús is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, the reference standard for ADA Title III and Section 504.

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most content conforms, but some parts do not yet.

Measures we have taken

• Full keyboard navigation, a skip link and a visible focus indicator.
• Sufficient text contrast, ordered headings and a declared language on every page.
• Slideshows with a pause button that respect the reduced-motion preference.
• An accessibility button with larger text, high contrast and stop-animations options.
• Automatic axe-core testing on every website change.

Known limitations

• Some PDF documents (menus, book lists, calendars, regulations) are not tagged for screen readers.
• Some images (announcements, banners and calendars) contain embedded text.
• Third-party content (maps, social media, external portals) is outside our control.

If you need any of these documents in an accessible format, ask us and we will send it to you.

Feedback and contact

If you find an accessibility barrier, email cscjpr215@gmail.com or call 787-765-9430. We will respond within 5 business days.
