National Junior Honor Society Cougars Chapter
SNHJ
The National Junior Honor Society (SNJH) at Colegio Sagrado Corazón de Jesús is a student organization that recognizes middle school students for their academic excellence, leadership, service, and character. Its primary goal is to promote leadership, community service, and the development of values such as responsibility, integrity, and respect.
Among the chapter's notable activities are community service projects, fundraising campaigns, visits to nursing homes, volunteering at races, and organizing themed events such as "Cougar's Spirit Week" and "Christmas Spirit Week." Furthermore, the chapter has achieved national recognition, including second place in the group dance category at the Puerto Rico Talent Show. Being part of the SNJH is a source of pride that strengthens the students' holistic development, provides them with opportunities to grow as leaders, and contributes positively to the school community and beyond.
