Dean of Students
The institutional philosophy regarding the discipline
At Sacred Heart of Jesus School, we understand discipline as an essential part of holistic education. Inspired by the Gospel and Vincentian spirituality, we promote dignity, respect, and service. Our approach fosters student participation, socio-emotional development, and respectful guidance. Every rule is an educational opportunity to grow with freedom and responsibility.

We are committed to a positive approach to discipline that fosters empathy, self-regulation, reflection, and peaceful conflict resolution. In partnership with families and teachers, we ensure a safe, fair, and humane environment. We educate with love, building leaders with Christian values.
