Registration Requirements

FOR ALL GRADES:

  • Transcript of credits (Kindergarten to Eighth Grade)
  • Entrance Exam (Kindergarten to Ninth Grade)
  • Interview with the Principal. The child and his parents.
  • Copy of the recently processed Birth Certificate (from 2016 onwards)
  • Original Green Vaccine Leaflet (PVAC)
  • Medical certificate (form provided by the College with the registration papers, to be submitted in August)
  • Dental certificate (grades K, 2, 4, 6, and 8 to be delivered in August)
  • Baptismal Certificate
  • First Communion Certificate (if applicable)
  • Letter of Recommendation from the school of origin (form included)
  • Recent 2x2 photo
  • Psychometric Test (PK hereafter)
  • Last 4 digits of Social Security number (please provide the original card for authentication purposes)

FOR-FOR

The child must be 3 years old on or before September 30th of the school year in which they enroll.

PRE-CHILDREN

The child must be 4 years old on or before September 30th of the school year in which they enroll.

KINDERGARTEN

Must be 5 years old on or before September 30th of the school year in which they enroll.

Note: Tuition payment will not be accepted until all required documents and requirements have been met.

All students will be on probation during their first year at the College.
